Hi, I'm Enrique Castaño.

I help European SMEs turn sustainability, and EcoVadis in particular, into a real commercial advantage.

I started where you learn the method: at Deloitte, working for clients across very different sectors: banking, energy, food, industry, transport. There I understood how large organisations think and how things are done with rigour.

But it really clicked when I moved to the other side: today I lead EMEA sustainability at Sylvania Group, an international industrial group. That's where I learned what no consultancy teaches you until you live it: sustainability isn't a form to fill in, it's a lever to win and retain clients. Since I took over, our EcoVadis score improved by around 30% in two years.

That double path, the rigour of the firm and the commercial eye of someone who runs sustainability from the inside, is what I now bring to SMEs that can't afford a whole team, but deserve to do it well.
